Marcia Sheehan is a passionate entrepreneur on a mission to help women find their version of success by reconnecting with their truest selves.

Marcia is the founder of the Connector Conference which will be experiencing its third year, virtually on September 25th from 8am–4pm. The event programming encourages and teaches women how to reconnect with themselves both professionally AND personally. She believes intentional connection in both aspects of a woman's life fosters total fulfillment and significant success in every area of her life.

The Connector conference serves her mission of connecting women to themselves and their businesses. 

As a small business owner, podcaster, and conference founder, Marcia realized she needed to lean into her role as leader and visionary by building a team and delegating. Among other things, her virtual assistant, Heather, has taken over conference communications freeing up Marcia’s time and relieving some of the demands of an established event.
